Demi Moore had an early initiation in the world of acting when she was convinced by Nastassja Kinski , a frend and fellow actress to quit studies to join the film world. Her first film was Parasite, a horror flick that was released in 1982. The film was a big hit in the drive in category and grossed $7 million. In the intial days, Demi Moore movies didn’t create a ripple and she wasn’t very noticeable. The mid 80’s saw a series of Demi Moore movies that were youth oriented.

Her success during this time ensured that she as part of the Brat Pack, a title that the media offered to a few young top actors of that period. After this, came the romantic starrer with Patrick Swayze, Ghost. This Demi Moore movie was an instant it and continues to be a popular romantic genre film even today. This success worked wonders for Demi Moore’s movie career. She started getting more meaningful movies that gave her the lead role. This period was followed by the success of Demi Moore movies like Indecent Proposal, Disclosure, A Few Good Men, and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. These Demi Moore movies bought about a new revolution in Hollywood, Demi Moore went on to become the first Hollywood film actress who charged more than 10 million dollars per film. This was a phenomenal achievement, and in some time other actresses followed suit. Of late Demi Moore has not featured in any current films. This decade hasn’t seen much of Demi Moore movies as she has moved on to business ventures, and is happily married for the 3rd time with Ashton Kutcher. She has been on the home front and does a full time job as a mother while having to balance her married life by travelling to and forth between her home in Hailey and to be with husband Ashton in the Los Angeles area. One thing is certain, if there’s a proposed film in the pipeline, we’re all waiting. For the most part, everyone’s always going to remember Ghost amongst the best of Demi More movies but nevertheless, an ardent fan is willing to wait.
